My role in the project was to participate and facilitate in requirements intake, collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, create, build and design from scratch a brand new learning system. My deliverables included but were not limited to interaction design, wireframes and prototypes, user and site flows, usability tests and analyzing data from findings.
What problem was solved? 
Reducing the number of learning platforms an associate needs to use and providing an integrated one-stop-shop for all training and learning tools for an associate. It aims to provide a customized and gamified experience to users where they have access to learning topics outside of their current role. Provide a clean and simple interface for associates to use.
Key Performance  Indicators 
1. A single, unified and simple to use platform that will allow the business to gain a better understanding of how training and learning is helping improve productivity and engagement.
2. Reduced time spent on accessing multiple systems.
3. Scalable platform to allow for any type of learning model.
Learnings:
1. I learnt that it is crucial to design scalable platforms so that they are all encompassing of changes in the environment.
2. Iterate, Iterate, iterate
3. Take into consideration technology limitations, cost limitations and time factor before embarking on a design project of any sort.
