+designer +traveller +explorer

I am in the business of exploring and dabbling in the design of tangible and intangible experiences - the systems, the users, the complexity of interactions that lie at the intersection of physical, digital and our deep-rooted cultural worlds, behaviors and everything else which makes an experience.
At Sears, I work on a variety of Enterprise, Member Experience and E-commerce projects across multiple platforms including Desktop, Mobile Devices, and other Interactive Integrated Retail experiences. I like being a designer because I love being at the core of creating experiences, making people's tasks easier, adding value to day to day lives and drive behavior change for a positive impact. I am adept at quickly gaining empathy for users and leveraging user-centered design tools, to build and design things. I do this by understanding the pain points, challenges and behaviors of users and, to find design opportunities, solve problems, and enhance experience touch points. When working individually or in a team, I am constantly challenging the norm, collaborating and facilitating creative thinking.
I am also passionate about utilizing my design expertise in the realm of Social Impact Design, solving social problems, supporting women's causes and empowering communities for a sustainable and scalable positive change.
What keeps me going, you ask?
Traveling to and exploring new places, biking, watercolors and photography, memorable stories and unique experiences, a good glass of red wine, local cuisines and meeting interesting people!
